Session 3 - Monday 8 July 7:00 - Stormont (Meet at Stormont gates 6:55)
Session 4 - Wednesday 10 July 7:00 - Club - SAQ/Stamina/Core
Session 5 - Saturday 13 July 2:00 - Club - Ball work/Fitness
Session 6 - Thursday 18 July 7:00 - Club - SAQ/Speed Work/Stamina
Session 7 - Tuesday 23 July 7:00 - Club - Ball Work
Session 8 - Monday 29 July 7:00 - Club - Shooting Drills/Fitness
Saturday 3 August - Day off First Team - recovery and rest
Tuesday 6 August and Thursday 8 August - Specific team set up and conditioning in lead up to first league game on Saturday 10 August
All players to be on training pitch at least 10 minutes prior to session begins
Proper training shoes and boots also to be brought to sessions
